Artipania’s team of graphic recorders had the honor of capturing impactful discussions at the ASEAN Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children (ACWC). We covered multiple parallel sessions, visually documenting key issues from children’s well-being and ending violence, to migration, online safety, and the environment.
Visualizing Progress in Justice for HIV-Related Issues by Artipania. We’re proud to be part of the 2nd Southeast Asia Regional Workshop on HIV-related Stigma and Discrimination, organized by UNAIDS, where progress, challenges, and opportunities in justice settings are front and center. We visually capture and narrate the journey of breaking down barriers and advocating for the rights of people living with HIV. With our specialized graphic recording, we’re helping turn complex discussions into clear, actionable insights. After the workshop, we also had the opportunity to design a set of visual learning materials. It was a meaningful extension of the work—transforming insights from the event into tools that can continue to educate and inspire.
Our Artipania team had the opportunity to support Mercy Corps (USA) by providing graphic recording services on the topic of food security for vulnerable groups such as women and children. Participants were grant recipients from diverse countries, coming together to share experiences and actively engage in real-life project work. The facilitators led the process with such energy and inspiration that we came away feeling truly uplifted. Thank you for allowing us to be part of this meaningful experience!
We were honored to provide graphicrecording services at the Greater Mekong Subregion Gender Equality and Inclusion Forum in Bangkok, organized by Asian Development Bank (ADB) where experts addressed key mega-trends such as digitalization, climate change, demographic shifts, and intersectionality. Our director presented the graphic recording that captured the entire day’s discussions at the end of Day 1. The conversations on Thailand and other developing Asian countries transitioning into an aging society, as part of these broader demographic changes, deeply resonated with us. It was a meaningful opportunity to visually support these critical discussions, contributing to an essential dialogue on the future of our society.
At AWS Summit in Bangkok, Artipania graphic recording team captured seven lightning talks featuring AWS Activate program and inspiring success stories from entrepreneurs. Each session was full of insight—and we brought it to life through engaging visuals. It was a joy to see participants connect with the content in a tangible, memorable way. Artipaina's director, Prowpannarai, presented her work on using Visual Facilitation for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the session "Creativity and CBT for Emotional Regulation Skills in Children" at the Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health Academic Conference 2023.
As a designer with a background in architecture, she has been using sketching and drawing for many years. When she works with her CBT clients, she integrates these design skills and other tools to help them elicit their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. especially in cognitive restructuring, a crucial part of CBT. Some of her work discussed there are from her book "VisuaLIFEzation".
Artipania offered graphic recording service for the 3rd Regional Conference of The South Asia Women in Power Sector Professional Network (WePOWER). This organization is a partnership of over 31 electricity utilities and energy-sector organizations, striving to empower women in the sector and promote normative change in STEM education. The conference was co-organized by the World Bank’s South Asia Gender and Energy Facility (SAGE) and the Asian Development Bank.
Artipania designed and conducted a 2-day Design Thinking/Service Design workshop for Mental Health professionals, focusing on Care for Depression. Hosted by Prasrimahabhodhi Psychiatric Hospital in Ubonratchatani province and supported by the Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health, the program provided training for 14 other hospitals. Based on their current insights, participants practiced using tools to redesign services and improve patient experiences .

Our team of graphic recorders captured great contents and interactions for Resilient Cities Network's The APACXChange event from Nov28-Dec2, 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand. This event was the gathering of resilience officers and partners from around the APAC region of the Resilient Cities Network. Listening and capturing their discussion about their global initiative and works to create our sustainable future was a great experience!
Artipania provided Graphic Recording service to capture dialogues from the 14 international speakers on "Feminist Climate Action by One and All: Generation Equality, Human Rights and Climate Justice. This webinar is organized by UN Women Regional Office for the Asia and the Pacific, as part of the global Generation Equality Campaign.
Our DCBT Lab--Design-Based Cognitive Behavioral Technology Lab demonstrated workshop "DCBT: Demagnifying the challenges of diversity and cultural gap of disseminating evidence- based practice through hybridization of CBT and Design Thinking" in 9th World Congress of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies 2019, Berlin, Germany. The DCBT workshop empowered participants who work in school and university mental health context to think as a therapist and act as a designer to solve mental health problems.
We performed graphic recording service for SCG Chemicals Digest 2019: “Circular Economy: The Better way”. The event featured speakers from government agencies and a world-class business organization; including the Deputy Minister of Industry, Managing Director of Procter and Gamble Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and the Vice President of Plastic Institute of Thailand.
After the Design Thinking Eye-Opening session, Artipania was called back to Sansiri to design and facilitate the implementation of Design Thinking Methodology throughout the processes of empathize and understand user experience, ideation and conceptualization of new product development. Artipania performed user experience research, conducted field studies and insight interviews, recruited target users and designed relevant co-design tools in preparation for the project. Then designed a special session for Sansiri teams and partners to co-create a new product from the insights we discovered using Design Thinking and Visual Facilitation tools.
Upon the project completion, we had a positive feedback from Sansiri Marketing Department, particularly on the aspects of extracting users’ insights from raw data, which enable our client to validate their idea effectively to meet the needs and create a product with delightful user experiences.
