After the Design Thinking Eye-Opening session, Artipania was called back to Sansiri to design and facilitate the implementation of Design Thinking Methodology throughout the processes of obtaining and analyzing user insights, ideation and conceptualization of new product development. Artipania performed a design research, conducted field studies and insight interviews, recruited target users and designed relevant co-design tools in preparation for the project. Then designed a special session for Sansiri teams and partners to co-create a new product from the insights we discovered using Design Thinking and Visual Facilitation tools.
Upon the project completion, we had a positive feedback from Sansiri Marketing Department, particularly on the aspects of extracting users’ insights from raw data, which enable our client to validate their idea effectively to meet the needs of their target groups.
