Artipania offered graphic recording service for the 3rd Regional Conference of The South Asia Women in Power Sector Professional Network (WePOWER). This organization is a partnership of over 31 electricity utilities and energy-sector organizations, striving to empower women in the sector and promote normative change in STEM education. The conference was co-organized by the World Bank’s South Asia Gender and Energy Facility (SAGE) and the Asian Development Bank.

When KBTG planned to organize “Bankathon”, a 4-day hackathon internal event for employees at all levels, Artipania designed and led Design Thinking and Empathy Design sessions complementing the program. To equip the employees with user experience research methodology and tools. Upon launching the event, Artipania conducted a training session with KBTG employees grooming them to become a Design Thinking Facilitator to help facilitate hundreds of participants. Artipania also co-designed the training process with KBTG and KMUTT to smoothly integrate Design Thinking methodology throughout the whole event.

After the Design Thinking Eye-Opening session, Artipania was called back to Sansiri to design and facilitate the implementation of Design Thinking Methodology throughout the processes of empathize and understand user experience, ideation and conceptualization of new product development. Artipania performed user experience research, conducted field studies and insight interviews, recruited target users and designed relevant co-design tools in preparation for the project. Then designed a special session for Sansiri teams and partners to co-create a new product from the insights we discovered using Design Thinking and Visual Facilitation tools.

Upon the project completion, we had a positive feedback from Sansiri Marketing Department, particularly on the aspects of extracting users’ insights from raw data, which enable our client to validate their idea effectively to meet the needs and create a product with delightful user experiences.

Our DCBT Lab--Design-Based Cognitive Behavioral Technology Lab demonstrated workshop "DCBT: Demagnifying the challenges of diversity and cultural gap of disseminating evidence- based practice through hybridization of CBT and Design Thinking" in 9th World Congress of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies 2019, Berlin, Germany. The DCBT workshop empowered participants who work in school and university mental health context  to think as a therapist and act as a designer to solve mental health problems.‍

We felt an honor to graphic record the meaningful narratives shared during the 3rd Asia-Pacific Environmental Human Rights Defenders Forum 2023. In this event that organized by The UN Human Rights Office (OHCHR), participants from diverse backgrounds in the Asia-Pacific regions had exchanged invaluable insights on protecting their rights, lands, and the environment.

We performed graphic recording service for SCG Chemicals Digest 2019: “Circular Economy: The Better way”. The event featured speakers from government agencies and a world-class business organization; including the Deputy Minister of Industry, Managing Director of Procter and Gamble Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and the Vice President of Plastic Institute of Thailand.

Artipania provided digital graphic recording for the National Conference (8-10 July 2022) commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Department of Medical Service, Ministry of Public Health. Topics covered New Normal Medical Services, Health Equity for Thais, Covid-19 transition to endemic, Lessons from 9 hospitals, and National Health Insurance for Cancer patients.

Stockholm Environment Institute contacted Artipania to graphic record the valuable content in the event "Promoting Environmental Sustainability Through Strategic Partnerships: Lessons from SCF Programme on Sustainability Goals". We listened to and visually recorded the discussion and experiences shared by international participants, covering various policies to projects.

Five days in a row of graphic recording work, Artipania's graphic recorder, captured valuable conversations onto 13 meter-long surface. It was intense yet rewarding. The client organization and their international participants are working to solve one of the crucial global challenges--Gender-based Violence (GBV). The perk of being a graphic recorder is to learn new things and be inspired by people’s stories. We were impressed by the dedication of both the organization and the participants and we were glad to have had the opportunity to serve them.

Artipaina's director, Prowpannarai, presented her work on using Visual Facilitation for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the session "Creativity and CBT for Emotional Regulation Skills in Children" at the Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health Academic Conference 2023.

As a designer with a background in architecture, she has been using sketching and drawing for many years. When she works with her CBT clients, she integrates these design skills and other tools to help them elicit their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. especially in cognitive restructuring, a crucial part of CBT. Some of her work discussed there are from her book "VisuaLIFEzation".

We were thrilled to have the privilege of providing graphic recording services for the Thai Society for Affective Disorders (TSAD) at their 11th Academic conference, which took place in Pattaya, Chonburi. Throughout the event, we captured 10 insightful sessions covering diverse mental health topics, including immersive new findings of diseases, pharmacology of new drugs, and new psychotherapy approaches. The graphics were then distributed among hundreds of psychiatrists to serve as medical education media. We were deeply grateful for this opportunity, and it marks our third time contributing to such a meaningful event.

We were thrilled to provide graphic recording services for the "Think Big Act Small" symposium. The event featured various international speakers on their innovation and social impacts. Our graphic recording works also were displayed alongside with the visual profile boards. The event was held at the newly opened Southern Thailand Science Park, Songkhla province.

At the 25th International Forum of Visual Practitioners (IFVP) conference 2020, our director, Prowpannarai, hosted a workshop titled "Visual Facilitation for End-of-Life Issues." The workshop aimed to share her experience in training bedside volunteers in Thailand. Participants included IFVP members with diverse experiences related to end-of-life issues. Together, we explored visual elements and facilitation techniques tailored to this context.

Artipania designed and led a 2-day Design Thinking Eye-Opening Workshop for Sansiri Marketing team and Product Development team. The learning experience was designed and customized to meet the needs and vision of the company.

Our team of graphic recorders captured great contents and interactions for Resilient Cities Network's The APACXChange event from Nov28-Dec2, 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand. This event was the gathering of resilience officers and partners from around the APAC region of the Resilient Cities Network. Listening and capturing their discussion about their global initiative and works to create our sustainable future was a great experience!

We shared how to use Design Thinking to create psychological interventions for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy clients to child and adolescent psychiatry residents and faculties at Mahidol University, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.  

The Department of Livestock Development in partnership with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), contacted us to design and conduct a train-the-trainer workshop for veterinarians to improve interpersonal skills, facilitation techniques, and be equipped with the knowledge of psychology and mental health. Therefore, we integrated the learning design principles, visual facilitation, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create an engaging and effective workshop. We feel privileged to have contributed to our country in this capacity.

We are delighted to collaborate with the foundation, to support their work in promoting sustainable rubber plantation, biodiversity, and livelihood creation for rubber farmers in Southern Thailand. Artipania designed and facilitated the stakeholder workshop session, provided graphic recording service for the internal meeting of the foundation and its headquaters, and created knowledge harvesting and visually summarizing the outcomes of their achievements over the years.

Artipania designed and led Visual Thinking for Design Thinking session and co-facilitated a 3.5-Day Design Thinking Train-the-Trainer Boot Camp for 80 professors from universities all over Thailand with China Bridge as the Lead Facilitator and hosted by Startup Thailand (National Startup Commitee), in conjunction with the IDE Center.

Artipania designed and facilitated "Motivational Dialogues" workshop which focuses on the highly effective Motivational Interviewing (MI) technique- a client-centered approach that has been proven to elicit behavior change. This is part of our "Behavior Design" workshop series.

Artipania offered our 2-Day Digital Graphic Recording service for the prestigious "National Conference on Alternative Care: All Children Belong in Safe and Nurturing Families." This event, organized by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Unicef, Child Rights Coalition Thailand, and Alternative Care Thailand, was a significant platform to promote the importance of providing safe and nurturing families for all children. Through our digital graphic recording, we had the privilege of visually capturing the key discussions and insights shared during the conference, contributing to the advancement of this vital cause.

We custom designed and facilitated our Visual Facilitation workshop for Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with essential visual thinking skills; capturing invaluable thoughts, ideas, and discussion quickly and effectively, creating and facilitating meetings more efficiently using visual tools, and improving their communication skills.

Artipania graphic designers created visuals for learning materials and website content on Gender Responsiveness for digital learning courses within the organization. These materials will be integrated into both learning resources and the website interface, addressing the crucial topic relevant to today's workplace and organizations. The aim is to empower employees with essential knowledge in this area.

Artipania provided Graphic Recording works for 4th Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Thailand Academic Conference 2019. These 3 days were filled with many thought-provoking panel discussions and workshops; such as BT for Insomnia, CBT for Weight Loss and Control, Behaviour Experiment, CBT for Gambling and Addctions, etc. This event is to advocate for the promotion of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Thailand and strengthen the knowledge through practice and research in the field.

Artipania designed and conducted a 2-day Design Thinking/Service Design workshop for Mental Health professionals, focusing on Care for Depression. Hosted by Prasrimahabhodhi Psychiatric Hospital in Ubonratchatani province and supported by the Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health, the program provided training for 14 other hospitals. Based on their current insights, participants practiced using tools to redesign services and improve patient experiences .

Our team designed and facilitated Design Thinking workshop for School of Agricultural Resources, Chulalongkorn University as part of the staff seminar. The goal of this design thinking workshop is to cultivate skills in empathizing, creative problem-solving, and communication. The workshop also emphasized on team-building skills among the school's staff; from both campuses in Bangkok and Nan.

At the 23rd World Congress of the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions, we proudly presented the work on integrating Design Thinking with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DCBT) to develop a mental health prevention program for at-risk youth in school settings. The program had been implemented by 80 educators from 10 schools in Thailand. We were so thrilled to participate in such prestigious event.

Artipania collaborated with the Thai Society of Affective Disorders (TSAD) to design content and visual pieces for the Suicide Prevention Campaign, corresponded with the World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th. This campaign aims to shed some light, demystify incorrect beliefs, reduce stigma, and foster open conversations regarding suicide prevention. We are privileged to be involved in this initiative. We offer workshops  in visualization training and visual facilitation for professional developments. Our uniquely designed curriculum and workshops enhance people’s creativity, ability to synthesize information into visuals, and collaboration which contributes to team success.

Artipania designed and conducted a Visual Thinking and Visual Facilitation workshop for the Field Epidemiology Training Program hosted by the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health. Participants, mainly were doctors and health professionals, honed their visual thinking and sketching skills and engaged in live graphic recording activities. They utilized ongoing work to design meeting processes and visual tools. Our team was impressed by their work and dedication as frontline workers in public health and felt deeply grateful for their invaluable contributions to the society.

Artipania designed and facilitated Design Thinking Workshop for the Startup Innovation Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. The program aimed to cultivate Design Thinking mindset and skills for the 40 participants.  We were excited to test their prototypes during the workshop. This energetic and lively event was funded by Startup Thailand.

The workshop series consists of three courses; Visual confidence, Graphic recording, and Visual facilitation. We are delighted to prepare the next generation of visual practitioners.

Amidst Covid-19, our charity campaign "Draw to Give" invites participants to join our 1-hour special visual workshop by donating at least 555 Baht to one of the 5 charitable causes:

1. Providing baby formula to newborns whose mothers lost employment due to the situation.
2. Supporting Thai Red Cross survival packs.
3. Delivering meals to children with intellectual disabilities in shelters.
4. Assisting hospitals that accommodate many Covid-19 patients.
5. Contributing to food shelters at temples.

Artipania designed learning experience for a first-of-its-kind E-learning platform for Non-Communicable Diseases in topics: Diabetes, Kidney, and Heart disease. Our User Experience research method gather insights from patients and users, created user journey that shaped the content and interaction design for this platform and visualized into storyboard. This work was a collaborative project with the client’s partner and the subject matter experts. The platform “NCDs School” is launched in 2019 and supported by Thai Health Organization.

Artipania was so delighted to provide Digital Graphic Recording for "Youth Activism Accelerator". This event was organized by UN Women Regional Office for the Asia and the Pacific, as part of the global Generation Equality Campaign.

Our team was so delighted to be a part of this great Public Seminar: A Global Peace Innovation Lab: Turbulent Times: Inspiring a Peaceful Society Through Critical and Creative Solutions.We provided graphic recording service; capturing the amazing works of 30 Rotary Peace Fellows presenting back to back at The Rotary Peace Center at Chulalongkorn University.

The Built Environment For Health Research Unit (BE4H) and 10 Commemoration Hospitals throughout Thailand had designed new healthcare facilities based on the particular needs of each hospital’s stakeholders; patients, doctors, nurse, family.

Artipania designed and facilitated the knowledge harvesting process using Visual Facilitation tools and techniques. We captured the valuable contents and discussions of the research and hospital teams then translated insights into graphics, which would later be displayed at the exhibition on August 2018 at BACC. The activities were supported and funded by the Thai Health Promotion Organization. It was such an honour working with the team.

Artipania  designed and co-led Visual Storytelling and Graphic Recording workshop with Bangkok Sketchers, a group of sketchers ranging from beginner to seasoned. The aim of the workshop was to prepare participants who want to be a professional graphic recorder.  The event was funded by C Asean, a cultural platform to connect ASEAN countries in aspects of arts and culture.

Artipania designed and facilitated a Co-Design/Co-creation workshop as part of user experience research activity. We collaborated with users; children and teenagers with type-1 Diabetes, their families and caregivers and gained valuable insights to develop new solutions and improve healthcare procedures for young diabetic patients. We were greatly inspired working on such meaningful cause.

Together with child health experts, we designed and launched Kidteracy--a unique publishing platform for child health literacy. It covers topics such as emotional literacy, social skills, and other 21st century learning skills.

In partnership with esteemed child psychiatrists, we created Thailand's pioneering Social Skill for Children handbook and videos. The resources were designed to empower parents, teachers, and caregivers cultivate social skills in children. We feel extremely proud to work on such an impactful project.

We designed and facilitated Visual Facilitation for End-of-Life issues Workshop. Together with Budnet foundation (Buddhika), who works with various Palliative care organisations and network, we organized the workshop to empower professionals and volunteers, to use Visual facilitation to support people in the situation

We provided Graphic Recording services for the CBT Thailand Conference in 2017 and 2018. The topics included Suicide Prevention, Safety Planning, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Creative Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Children and Adolescents. We felt extreme joy to see our works increased engagement and interactions among participants.

We provided Visual Facilitation services for Office of National Water Resources workshop on Strategic Environmental Assessment of The Mun river. The participants were from different sectors; community leaders and villagers, government officers, researchers and technical experts.

Artipania designed and conducted a Design Thinking Workshop for digital consultants to aid Thai SMEs undergoing digital transformation as part of DEPA’ s goal to promote the transformation of businesses into the digital culture in collaboration with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).

We offered Graphic Recording services for a seminar topic--How to Survive a Mass Shooting. The event was hosted by Chulalongkorn University Hospital with Thai Red Cross Society. The objective of the seminar is to create public awareness and educate Thai society after the tragic event in Korat in 2020.

We offered graphic recording services; capturing and visualizing the key contents of the Psychiatry Academic Conference hosted by Thai Society of Affecitve Disorders (TSAD) on January 17-19, 2020, attended by psychiatrists from all over Thailand. It was a great learning experience about various mental health issues.

Artipania had the privilege of offering graphic recording services for the Global Peace Innovation Lab Vol.2 - "Lighting the Way: Embracing Change and Innovating a New Peace Paradigm." Returning to The Rotary Peace Center at Chulalongkorn University, we were thrilled to capture the incredible presentations of 30 Rotary Peace Fellows, back to back. It was a truly enriching experience!

It was such an honour to provide graphic recording services for the event hosted by IDE: Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship center to select Thai entrepreneurial teams competing for places in the Massachusetts Institute of technology's The MIT Enterprise Forum-- a global entrepreneurial launch competition and GSVC-- the oldest and largest competition of its kind, launched by the Haas School of Business of the University of California at Berkeley, USA.

Prowpannarai, Artipania's director, coached two entrepreneurial teams. She was also a judge at the Semi-Final Round for the GSVC Southeast Asia 2019.

We captured the key contents of the Psychiatry Academic Conference hosted by TSAD on January 20-22, 2019, attended by psychiatrists from all over Thailand. The event includes workshops, symposium and multiple presentation sessions on Psychiatry.

We presented our workshop and results of integrating Design Thinking with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DCBT) to cultivate Design Thinking and CBT mindsets in school's educators and counselors.  We were so excited to take part in this reputable event.

We were delighted to provide graphic recording services for Tawsi school during a parenting workshop.  Participants were mainly parents and teachers. Additionally, we facilitated a session titled "How to use sketching and drawing to engage children".The event was absolutely delightful.

Artipania provided visual facilitation services for Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights on the topic of Rights to Safe, Clean and Sustainable Environment in ASEAN Workshop held in Bangkok. The institute is interested in using visual to report on the key take aways and ideas. The workshop participants are researchers and experts in the field from ASEAN countries.

Artipania worked with Dr.Edward Rubesch, who was at the time, the Director of Technology Licensing Office at NSTDA, to facilitate Design Thinking workshop in “Research to Market” program. The goal was to empower NSTDA researchers to create valuable solutions that meets the needs of market. We considered ourselves incredibly fortunate to  have an opportunity to work with them.
